Storyline & Synopsis
Srimanthudu is an emotionally resonant social action drama written and directed by Koratala Siva, starring Superstar Mahesh Babu alongside Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, and Rajendra Prasad.
Harsha Vardhan (Mahesh Babu) is the philosophical and compassionate sole heir to his father Ravikanth's multi-billion dollar business conglomerate. Uninterested in hoarding corporate wealth, Harsha seeks meaningful purpose in life. While studying rural development, he meets Charuseela (Shruti Haasan) and discovers that his family roots trace back to Devarakotta, a drought-ravaged village plagued by poverty, disease, and extortion by ruthless feudal politician Sasi. Renouncing his luxury, Harsha arrives in Devarakotta to adopt the village, building schools, sanitation systems, and water pipelines with his own hands while fearlessly fighting off the corrupt mafia.
