Storyline & Synopsis
24 is a breathtaking Indian science-fiction time travel thriller written and directed by Vikram Kumar, featuring Suriya in an extraordinary triple role alongside Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Nithya Menen, with an Oscar-winning musical score by A. R. Rahman.
Genius inventor Dr. Sethuraman (Suriya) invents "Project 24", a wrist-watch mechanism capable of rewinding, pausing, and fast-forwarding time up to 24 hours. His evil twin brother Athreya (Suriya) attacks the laboratory to steal the watch, murdering Sethuraman and his wife Priya (Nithya Menen). However, Sethuraman manages to save his infant son Mani and hides the time-watch in a locked chest. Twenty-six years later, Mani (Suriya), now a charming watchmaker in Chennai, unlocks the mysterious watch and discovers its magical time-manipulating powers, unaware that a paralyzed, vengeful Athreya has awakened from a coma and is hunting him to reclaim his lost youth.
